Pork Patties

And to go well with the pillow soft rolls I made these pork patties which are DELICIOUS.

1 lb ground pork (or any kind of meat for that matter, but make sure it is lean)
3 garlic cloves, diced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 to 1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 TBSP water

Mix all the ingredients by hand for 5 to 10 minutes then let them rest for at least 30 minutes in a covered bowl, in the fridge.
Scoop 2 TBSP for every patty and form a ball then flatten it.
I cooked mine outside on the grill, but you can fry them in a skillet or use the indoors grill.
Make awesome hamburgers too !
