Peas and Sausage with Bell Peppers


So easy to do and so delicious !
You don't really needs a recipe for this or really set quantities.
Just eyeball everything.
You begin by sauteeing some onion, and I used green onion in this case, to which you add sliced bell peppers and cook for a few more minutes.
Then you add pieces of sausage and the frozen peas and you cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and if you like, sprinkle some shredded cheese on top and allow it to melt. Enjoy !
