Eclairs with 2 Different Fillings (Cocoa and Vanilla)


Just filled, setting. YUM !

Eclair shells, just out of the oven.


I have a few recipes for eclairs and I seem to be changing steps or ingredients every time I make them. Only to improve the end result, of course.
This time I did not do that, but decided to follow the recipe I found HERE.
So yummy !
