The first pictures show my version of coconut cream pie using my own pie crust, which happened to be wider, my own whipped cream from some heavy whipping cream I had, some vanilla pudding to which I added some coconut and of course, half of the toasted coconut. There basically wasn't much of a difference between the two pies, other than the height.
We loved it/them !!! (obviously)
The last 5 pictures are of the pie I made using the store bought mix and my own milk and toasted coconut.
