Super Easy No Knead Pizza Dough

Using the recipe from the previous post, you get 4 pieces of dough.
What you really need to know is that you must use parchment paper and you need to have your hands floured.
So you choose your baking sheet and you cut a piece of parchment paper to fit its size, you flour your hands generously, you tear the piece of dough from the big dough in the bowl and you lay it nicely on the piece of parchment paper.
At this point it will stick to the paper and you will panic. OH NO !
No worries, the heat in the oven and the oils in the parchment will make it unstick.
Promise.
Now that you did all that, sprinkle a little flour on top of the dough and using your palms, stretch it to form a rectangle or a circle, whichever you like best.
In my case it ended up being about 1/2 inch thick.
At this point you want to let it rest on the kitchen counter for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 500 F and bake the pizza with toppings of your choice for about 10 minutes, adding up to 5 minutes if you don't think it's done at the 10 mins mark, but keep in mind that you need to keep an eye on it so that the cheese doesnt burn.
For the one you see in the pictures I used pizza sauce, mushrooms, fresh basil, pepperoni and mozzarella.
