Grilled Chicken Breast with Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Bell Peppers





I always use butter, milk and sour cream when I make mashed potatoes and that gives them a smoothness that's just wonderful.
Whenever you have it, please use roasted garlic.
A clove or two.
The grilled chicken breast is the frozen type you buy at the store and so are the bell peppers, although they are easy to make at home.
Now surprising enough, they seem to be less expensive to buy roasted that to buy them fresh and roast them yourself.
Interesting.
