French Crepes

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 TBSP oil
flour enough to make a batter that resembles liquid honey

I used a ladle for every crepe, and I sprayed the pan before every new crepe.
For filling, just about anything goes, as you can see from the picture.
