More Italian Ciabatta

Homemade ciabatta is very hard to get right. I know because I did some again and it is still hard to achieve perfection. Oh well, I am still having fun doing it. Even though there is so much frustration involved and so much stress over not breaking the BUBBLES. lol
Anyhow, I used the recipe from here.
Lovely pictures, lovely crumb and lovely taste.
Yet not perfect. Yet.
