Egg Potato Salad

This is a light salad and I think you can eat a lot of it. I know I do.

You start by boiling an egg up to the hard stage, which means that from the time the water reaches the boiling point, you keep the egg in the pan for 5 minutes to boil.
When the time is up, just place the egg in cold water.
Peel and slice nicely.
The potatoes (2 medium ones in my case) need to be cubed and be boiled until they are tender, which is roughly 30 minutes on the stove on high, with enough water just to cover them.
Once the potatoes are done, drain them and dump them in a large bowl, add some cut ham, olives and green bell pepper, oil salt and pepper and toss to combine.
Then spoon as much as you want on a serving plate, add the egg and enjoy !
