Iceberg Lettuce Salad

When my dear neighbor gave me some iceberg lettuce one day, I instantly thought of salad.
We all like croutons I assume, so I thought they would go well in the salad.
I also added cheese for some extra protein and since my dear husband doe not like olives, I only added them to my plate.

Ingredients:
iceberg lettuce
shredded cheese
2 hard boiled eggs
chopped salami or pepperoni, or even crisp bacon
croutons
olives

Directions:
Chop everything, toss together and serve.
Sprinkle some olive oil, salt and pepper and enjoy !
