Garbanzo Beans with Cinnamon

1/2 Lb garbanzo beans which you soak overnight in 4 cups water
2 TBSP cinnamon
3 TBSP sugar
2 tsp oil
pinch of nutmeg

Drain the beans, pat them dry and place them in a bowl.
Sprinkle the sugar and add the oil, tossing to coat all the beans.
Place them in a single layer in a baking dish and bake at 350 F for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
After cooking time is over, remove them from the dish and sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon and toss to coat.
