Sausage and Potato Pizza

I have made so much pizza lately, hat I thought I would give the potato pizza a try.
It came out very good and moist.
I used the no knead dough and I topped it with very thin slices of potato, chopped onion mixed with some oil, salt and pepper and finally with pieces of sausage.
I also splashed some pizza sauce.
Just because Jeff likes that. :)
I cooked it at 450 F and you need to use a piece of parchment paper or aluminum foil to cover it after the first 5 minutes because the sausage tends to dry out and burn.
It needs to bake for about 20 minutes.
While it was a good pizza, I am not sure I will make it again.
