Butter Bread

This will be one of the best tasting breads you have ever had in your life. If you make it, of course.
I love it and will make it many times. Unlike other bread recipes, that only call for 4 ingredients (flour, water, yeast, salt), this one has a kick to it. BUTTER !
Ingredients:
about 20 oz all purpose, unbleached flour (4 cups)
1 teaspoon instants yeast
1 cup warm milk (100 F)
1 stick butter, softened
1 teaspoon salt (kosher)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and knead for 10 to 15 minutes, let proof for 1 hour or until double in size, then punch down and knead for a few more minutes to help the yeast redistribute.
Preheat the oven at 450 F .
Prepare a heavy cast iron pan - put the bread inside, brush some oil and sprinkle kosher salt over it.
Cut a cross on the bread, place the lid on and bake for 30 minutes and after that for 15 more minutes without the lid on.
Cool on a wire rack and slice.
Enjoy !
This is a variation of Pastor Ryan's Blooming Bread.
It's awesome.
I also tried the baguette variation. Just wonderful.
