Healthy Snack - Fruit
What can be easier than to cut your own fruit and just eat it ? No baking, bo boiling, no frying, no nothing that involves heat. And therefore all the vitamins, especially C, will still be in there.
I like water mellon so much, I could eat one every day of the summer.
Another option is to eat apples and nectarines or peaches.
Why not ?
