Mozzarella Sticks with Marinara Sauce

For the marinara sauce you need to mix in your blender or food processor some onion (1/2 onion), 2 stalks celery, 1 clove garlic, 1 carrot and 2 medium tomatoes, with a dash of salt and pepper. At the end add 3 TBSP olive oil.

To make the mozzarella sticks, you need to beat an egg, place the cheese in the egg then in a plate with bread crumbs or, like in my case, corn crumbs.
Fry in hot oil and serve while still warm, with sauce.
