This is a very easy cake and it is very tasty too.
It uses chocolate sponge cake (baked in a jelly roll pan) with whipped cream, a chocolate glaze, more whipped cream and the final layer of sponge cake.
Let set a bit in the fridge and cut after it has chilled for at least 2 hours, with a very sharp knife.
The name of this cake comes from a chocolate treat (Kinder Pingui) made by an Italian company (Ferrero) .
