The muffins were oh so good - but what a surprise did I have !
There we NO blueberries inside. None.
Just pieces of blueberry - like candy. I tasted one. It was good.
But even though the muffin were really tasty, I was disappointed in the fact that they did say blueberry on the package...

I just ambled over here from Kathleen's. You'll hae to forgive Martha (White, of course :) She usually does things so well--just a slip:)! Wish I had one right now-blueberries or not!
ReplyDeleteI will try other varieties from Lady Martha in the future....you know, just to make sure she does everything else good as well.
ReplyDeleteI appreciate the review, I'm making these tomorrow morning per request from a sweet man... I have always liked the Martha White cakiness but I think I'll be adding some fresh blueberries to juice them up a bit.. and maybe a lil dab of cream cheese.. I bought two packages so I could make larger muffins, I think it will help balance the added berries as well.. I'll let y'all know how it works out <3
