Beacuse I found myself wanting to eat some bratvursts and did not have hot dog buns, I decided to make myself some !
So I did, using THIS recipe.
I used 2, then put all the rest of the buns in the freezer for later use.
Will defrost them in the microwave when they will be needed.
Handy, isn't it ?
Be careful when shaping the buns, as they will puff up and will become double in size.
