Following the recipe I used for
THIS meal, I cooked orzo again as I love it so much !
But this time, instead of salmon or pork I grilled some chicken thighs (which I consider to be the most savory cut of meat from the whole chicken - yes, I do find the breast a little bit on the dry side ) using the George Foreman Grill.
All in all it took me under 20 minutes to have this meal ready on the table.
