Although they are made from rice, which as we all know - takes forever to cook - they cook fairly quick. That is, if you do not count the time they need to soak.
So they soak 30 minutes in cold water then they need to boil 5 minutes and are ready to use as any other pasta out there.
I prefer to mix mine with vegetables or legumes.
I cooked those twice for dinner and used different stuff each time.
One time I used green onion, bell pepper, smashed garlic and fresh basil.
The other time I used roasted garlic, corn, chopped tomatoes and sausage, and of course, oil, salt and pepper in both cases.
Delicious and so light.
