I forgot to show you the Cream Cheese Danish....

With some of the dough for the croissants I proceeded to make some cream cheese danish.
For the cream cheese filling I used 1 package of cream cheese , 1 egg yolk, 1 TBSP sugar and vanilla + almond extract.
