Mushroom Calzones
This recipe uses the same dough I used for the flat round butter bread. I actually made one big dough and then divided it in two uneven pieces : for the round bread and for the 6 calzones ( 118 gr each). I cooked the pizzas for 12 minutes, and served them with a bowl of marinara sauce for dipping the pieces in. The taste of the dough is just delicious. Go ahead, try it !
